Cineuropa caught up with German director Wim Wenders at the public hearing on Cinema and European Identities (October 27, 2010 - European Parliament).

Wenders claims that European cinema is losing touch with young audiences.

The hearing launched the four-week screening cycle of the three films competing for the 2010 LUX Prize.
