Andreas Wilson began his professional career at a young age, appearing in roles in several musicals and theatre plays. In 2003 he makes his film debut in the lead role of Erik in Evil, directed by Mikael Håfström, for which he was awarded several prizes as "Best Actor". Following this debut he was cast in Roselyne Bosch's Animal [+see also:

film profile], and in Den Tvalde, directed by Eric Donnel and Martin Söder.
In the interview, he talks about his love for European Cinema, and how he has always followed both contemporary and classics, since he was young. He believes European cinema has a unique quality that not always he finds in American blockbusters, and also, that there are many great directors and actors he would like to work with.
