Four feature films, four documentaries and two TV series are due to receive financial support on the occasion of the 6th screen.brussels session (Brussels' regional investment fund), including the new films by Ari Folman, Frederic Fonteyne and Diane Kurys.

), is a fresh take on Anne Frank's diary, following the footsteps of the girl's imaginary friend, Kitty. The film will primarily be made in Brussels and produced by the studio Walking the Dog

Announced a few days ago, Frédéric Fonteyne is about to start filming his fifth feature film, Working Girls [+lee también:

, starring Sara Forestier and Noémie Lvovsky. Screen.brussels will therefore be assisting Versus with production. 

The fund will also be supporting the Italian feature Five is The Perfect Number, the debut film by the famous cartoonist Igort. The film was co-produced in Belgium by Potemkino and the cast boasts both Italian and international stars such as Toni Servillo and Valeria Golino.

The final feature film to receive support is Ma Mère est folle [+lee también:

, brought to Belgium by Nexus Factory. The feature tells the fantastic story of Nina who is trying to reconnect with her son, and is set in Paris, Brussels and Amsterdam. This is Diane Kurys' latest instalment (Diabolo menthe, The Children of the Century, Sagan [+lee también:

) and stars Fanny Ardant and the singer Vianney in his first role. 

Note that for this session, screen.brussels will also be supporting four Belgian documentary feature films: Bains publics by Kita Bauchet (Altitude 100 Production), Nos aubes perdues by Eric d’Agostino (Neon Rouge), Remember Souvenir by Nicolas Dedecker and Benoit Baudson (Artémis Productions) and Totems et Tabous by Daniel Cattier (Simple Productions). 

Screen.brussels wil also be supporting two TV series, the new adaptation of Les Misérables by the BBC, co-produced by Czar, and season 2 of White Zone, co-produced by Be-Films.
