by Claire Burger wins the GdA Director's Award at the 15th edition of Giornate degli Autori at Venice. The film by the French director – which stars Bouli Lanners in a touching role as  a man abandoned by his wife, who finds himself single-handedly taking care of his teenage daughters – won over a jury chaired by the director Jonas Carpignano and composed of members of the "28 Times Cinema" project, which gave the following motivation: "Claire Burger's film is an extremely engaging story about the difficult situations life places us in, whether we must face the end of a marriage, or our heart is broken for the first time.
