synopsis

Bruno is a thirty-year-old man from Rome with a wife and an infant son. But he still hasn’t found his path in life. After his latest failure, which cost him most of his savings, he has an outlandish and bold intuition: he discovers the little-known winter sport of curling and decides to start a team to participate to the selections for the 2006 Turin Winter Olympics. And so it begins, the march of the Assault Penguins, a rag tag team ready to fight its way through a plethora of obstacles and improbable situations all the way to the podium. Will these underdogs make it?
