THE DRIFTER
synopsis
Greta M., 40 years old, a woman with a post-modern, slightly flawed biography as an architect, loses her job. She is also fired from her job at the call centre. On this tour de force between call centre, job hunting, employment office, coach, architect’s offices, school, pubs and drifts through the suburbs she comes upon the “City of Women”: extra money earning mums and untainted estate agents in Germany’s service sector.
