Film, concerts and conferences will take place on the sun-drenched Mediterranean island of Mallorca from 26 July to 1 August, including a special live event, the 11th edition of the Atlàntida Film Festival, run by Jaume Ripoll, co-founder of Filmin, the top experimental film platform in Spain where a large part of the schedule for this festival will be screened, from today until 26 August. Some of the main features include the screening of the latest work from Leos Carax, the musical Annette [+lire aussi :

, by the unclassifiable Marc Ferrer, a delirious fantasy starring Samantha Hudson and La Prohibida; or two pieces from Miguel Eek, The First Woman, which has come to AMFF having passing through the prestigious International Documentary Film Festival Amsterdam, and Próximamente, últimos días (lit. “Coming soon, final days”), a love letter to film and film-lovers, based on the tribulations of the staff at the emblematic Cinema Ciutat in the Balearic capital.
