was released on Netflix. It was crowned with considerable success which has led to a total of three seasons until 2021. Following the idea of the four authors Philipp Käßbohrer, Matthias Murmann, Stefan Titze and Sebastian Colley, the series tells the story of a young man, Moritz (Maximilian Mundt), who thinks he can win back his ex-girlfriend by selling ecstasy online. To do so, he gets in contact with local drug dealer Buba (Bjarne Mädel), from whom he buys the latter's entire stock but whom he also cheats out of part of his money. Buba of course wants that money back at some point and demands his share of Moritz's quite successful online drug selling business.

The series has been received positively probably in particular because it mixes different genres, from comedy to buddy movie and crime story. Its target audience is a younger one, and one of the aims of the prequel to the series will surely be to reach a broader public. The feature film, with the working title Buba, will undoubtedly also intrigue the large fan base.

The protagonist of the story will be the character played by Bjarne Mädel. Buba intentionally shot himself in the head at the end of the first season of How to Sell Drugs Online (Fast). The writers Sebastian Colley and Isaiah Michalski have developed a background story for this unlucky fellow by the real name Jakob Otto. Jakob is convinced that whenever things are going too well for him, bad luck will soon strike and something terrible will happen. The solution is to make his life as unpleasant as possible. This works pretty well, until Jakob falls in love...

Alongside Mädel (25 k/m [+lire aussi :

The film is directed by Arne Feldhusen, who has already directed several episodes of the series and was completely in charge of the third season.
