The 19th edition of the Golden Apricot Yerevan International Film Festival, the major Armenian film gathering, is returning to its original dates and physical format, running from 10-17 July in the country’s capital. The festival will kick off with Amerikatsi by Emmy-winning actor, director and screenwriter Michael Goorjian, an Armenian-US co-production that follows Charlie who returns to Armenia in the late 1940s to face the harsh Soviet reality.
