Written by Blandine Lenoir and Axelle Ropert, the script centres on a worker who accidentally becomes pregnant and finds herself involved in the fight for the legalisation of abortion. The year is 1974 and this fight will give her life a new meaning…

Produced by Charlotte Vincent for Aurora Films and Nicolas Brevière for Local FilmsAngry Annie will be co-produced by France 3 Cinéma. Also pre-bought by Canal+ and Ciné+, the feature benefits from the support of, among others, the Île-de-France region (where filming will take place from mid-June to late July). French distribution will be handled by Diaphana and international sales by Indie Sales.
