The Sarajevo Film Festival has announced the jury of the Competition Programme – Feature Film for its 31st edition, set to run from 15-22 August.
It will be chaired by Ukraine’s Sergei Loznitsa, whose last film, Two Prosecutors [+leggi anche:

scheda film], was one of the best-reviewed in this year's Cannes competition but walked away empty-handed. Loznitsa enjoyed a retrospective and received the Honorary Heart of Sarajevo in 2022.
The jury also includes Serbian actor Dragan Mićanović, most recently seen as assassinated Serbian PM Zoran Đinđić in Operation Sabre, which won Best Ensemble at Canneseries last year, and as Tomo Buzov in Nebojša Slijepčević's Cannes- and EFA-winning short film The Man Who Could Not Remain Silent.
They are joined by two filmmakers with form at Sarajevo: Emanuel Parvu, whose Three Kilometres to the End of the World [+leggi anche:

The jury is rounded off by Tricia Tuttle, who took over the helm of the Berlinale this year (see the interview).
