Szonja Oroszlàn è stata designata come la “Shooting Star” ungherese per il 2003. Votata lo scorso anno dai lettori di ‘Story Magazine’ come attrice dell’anno è stata notata dall’industria cinematografica nazionale per la sua interpretazione nel film ungherese più visto del 2002, My Kind of America di Gábor Herendi.

"I act in one of the biggest theatres in Hungary, I have six plays going on right now, so I act a lot, about 20 evenings per month which is a lot. I have a TV-series, a sit-com going on every night. It is an eight minute show, it is a very funny comedy, actually it is Canadian and called Love Bugs.
And I am about to do a short film for a young director, a girl who is just finishing school, the University for Drama and Film in Hungary. When I'm going back I will start with that movie. 'Hungarian speech' I've just said: 'The only thing I can say right now is that I'm freezing because I'm not dressed up enough'".
