The 50th edition of the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival came to an end this weekend with its traditional awards ceremony, which celebrated the winners as well as the festival itself, as this year marked its half a century of existence.

by Diego Ongaro turned out to be the jury’s favourite, and thus it won the Crystal Globe. The Special Jury Prize was awarded to the Austrian movie Those Who Fall Have Wings [+see also:
