Bill is still not 25, but has already lost faith in everything. He is persuaded that the Humanity is trapped and that hell is coming over. He still lives with his parents, has a job, but hates his own passivity. He decides to combine his electronics and mechanics knowledge with his rage and despair. His aim: to kill the city’s inhabitants, who are, in his mind, responsible for the crisis the world is trapped in nowadays.

Uwe Boll wrote and directed this film. Those who already know him know what to expect, those who don’t, you need to start with this film. Explanation: Uwe Boll is mostly known for his video games adaptations, House of the Dead, Alone in the Dark, Far Cry and Blood Rayne - mediocre films, which were harshly criticized by videogame players, and movie critics, from around the world. What is less known is that Uwe Boll plays on a second filed, with violent but more intelligent films such as Darfour, Stoic, Tunnel Rats and Rampage. After having interviewed him for an hour, we are convinced that Mr. Boll has things to say!
