Isabella Rossellini to chair the Un Certain Regard jury

Six days away from the unveiling of the Official Selection of the 68th Cannes Film Festival (13-24 May 2015), which will take place in Paris on Thursday 16 April at 11 o’clock, General Delegate Thierry Frémaux and president Pierre Lescure’s team has revealed the identity of the person who will chair the Un Certain Regard jury: Italian-American actress and director Isabella Rossellini.
At this edition of the gathering, Rossellini will take part in the tribute to her mother, Ingrid Bergman, by attending the screening of Ingrid Bergman, in Her Own Words, a documentary by Stig Björkman (read the news) that will be shown as part of Cannes Classics.
Rossellini is taking up the baton from Argentinian filmmaker Pablo Trapero in the role of chair of the Un Certain Regard jury.
